Our Peanut butter cookies have been a fun product to develop from a sandwich cookie recipe we added extra peanut butter, egg, some raw local honey and coupled that with some beat sourced brown sugar and came up with a medium of stamping them. We’ve enjoyed it as a newer favorite competing with the popular cowboy cookie and the ability to support some local farmers and mills.
